Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training up to 12 months.
• Two years' experience with operating industrial sewing machines.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly workload requirements in the department.
• Perform quality inspections and use precision measuring tools to ensure Haworth standards.
• Sew on single, top, or double needle machines and produce quality sewn sets.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with housekeeping and preventive maintenance of the work center.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with assistance as needed.
• Complete relevant paperwork and adapt to rotating shifts and overtime as required.
