Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in residential sewer and drain work.
• Ability to diagnose and clear blockages independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Lining experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential sewer and drain cleaning, including clearing main lines and branch lines through cleanouts.
• Diagnose blockages, backups, and pipe issues using proper tools and equipment.
• Explain findings and recommend repair or replacement solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain equipment and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional customer service in every home.
• Train toward Sewer Lining Technician role.
