Qualifications

• 3+ years of sewer and drain installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead or oversee job sites.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead sewer and drain replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and permit requirements.
• Diagnose sewer and drain issues and determine the correct installation approach.
• Train and guide installers and helpers on proper techniques and job expectations.
