Job summary

Vector is seeking a hands-on Sewer Inspector to operate remote-controlled sewer camera equipment and support field crews. You will perform physical tasks, inspect underground utilities, and document findings while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate remote-controlled sewer camera equipment to inspect underground utility systems.
• Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Conduct CCTV inspections from street level and collect accurate field data.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings.
• Assist specialty crews with labor support and field operations as needed.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel to job sites as required (up to 25%).

This Position:

• Operate remote-controlled sewer camera equipment to inspect underground utility systems.
• Perform physical labor, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Conduct CCTV inspections from street level and collect accurate field data.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings.
• Assist specialty crews with labor support and field operations as needed.
• Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations while operating equipment.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to job sites as required.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Benefits and compensation:
