Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Setup Technician for Perimeter Solutions to install fences and related products at customer sites. The role involves outdoor work, operating various tools, and handling paperwork with an emphasis on safety and professional customer service.

You will prepare sites, manage inventories and logs, and ensure clean, safe workspaces. Training is provided, and heavy lifting is required. This is a full-time field position with potential for growth and safety-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and deliver on guidance for each project.
• Strong motivation to complete tasks efficiently, even with heavy workload and tight deadlines.
• Capability to accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• General knowledge of tools (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment) and comfort with power tools.
• Capacity to handle and lift heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs).
• Must have dependable transportation to job sites.
• Experience with forklift operation and one-ton trucks is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort using technology for updates and system notes.

• Transport Product: Ability to drive a non-CDL, heavy commercial vehicle for product delivery.

In this role, you will prepare job sites, use various hand and power tools, and install all types of fences according to project specifications. As a Setup Technician, you'll represent our company with professionalism and a focus on customer service, especially when managing tight deadlines and specific security requirements. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina. Full training is provided to ensure your success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Safety Commitment: Compliance with WillScot's Safety, Transportation, and Environmental policies. Attendance in safety meetings and participation in DuPont STOP training and observations.
