Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a hands-on Setup Crew Supervisor to lead new store openings from fixture to final polish. You will direct AutoZone staff and temporary labor, ensuring on-brand, on-time openings and flawless execution.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage planograms, floor plans, payroll, expenses, and equipment care while training your team and upholding visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in new store setup.
• Demonstrated leadership, logistics, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct AutoZone staff and temporary labor through fixturing and merchandising for new store builds, remodels, and relocations.
• Ensure planogram and floor plan accuracy and uphold AutoZone's visual and operational standards.
• Manage payroll and control expenses to keep projects on budget.

• Lead the Charge: Direct AutoZoners and temporary labor teams through fixturing and merchandising for new store builds, remodels, and relocations.
• Own the Details: Ensure planogram and floor plan accuracy, maintain store integrity, and uphold AutoZone's visual and operational standards.
• Drive Results: Manage payroll, control expenses, and report key data to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Protect the Brand: Oversee the care and maintenance of all AutoZone equipment and property - rented or owned.
• Train & Develop: Support the growth of your team by modeling best practices and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
