Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SETA Acquisitions Program Manager to support a 10-year US Space Force program in El Segundo, CA. The role involves advising on acquisition strategies, budgeting, and contract execution within the Space Domain Awareness portfolio.

The ideal candidate has an active TS/SCI clearance (SAP), a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, and 5–7+ years of acquisition/program management experience in defense or intelligence sectors. Competitive benefits are provided.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SETA Acquisitions Program Manager on our new 10 year-long SETA U.S. Space Force (USSF) program to provide support in developing and deploying space-based weapon systems capabilities within the Program Executive Office's Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power portfolio in El Segundo, CA.

Location: El Segundo, California

Responsibilities for the Space Program Acquisition Specialist:

• Support and advise the Program Manager and Senior Space Force Leadership in regards to acquisition strategies, contracting, budgeting and execution (PPBE).
• Develop and oversee acquisition planning briefs and documents (ESIS, ASP, ASD, etc.).
• Develop overarching program planning and execution documents from DODI 5000.02 and relevant DOD, AF, and SMC policies.
• Provide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design / milestone reviews to assess progress, risks, and issues to achieve requirements.

Qualifications for the Space Program Acquisition Specialist:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance - SAP
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
• 7+ years (with Bachelors) or 5+ years (with a Masters) of experience with acquisition and program management within the military and or intelligence community field
• Experience interfacing with acquisition offices

Compensation:

• Salary range: $140,000 - $215,000 (Pay based on years of experience and education)
