Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Set-Up Technician to manage start-ups and change-overs for production runs, aiming to minimize scrap and downtime while supporting troubleshooting and training to meet customer needs.

The Set‑Up Technician is a hands‑on individual responsible for start‑ups and change‑overs of production runs using the most efficient methods. The position aims to set parts up with limited scrap and downtime, assist with troubleshooting and training to meet customer needs.
Physical requirements: stand, sit, walk, bend, and crouch frequently; lift no more than 50 lbs. Visual work involves close reading of paperwork and computer screens. No travel required. Position type: regular.
