ASSA ABLOY in Berlin, CT seeks a full-time on-site Flowline Lead to direct a team, set up and maintain machines, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. The role includes supervising operators, expediting production, and maintaining production records.

This will be an onsite full-time union position in Berlin, CT.
Under direct supervision, direct the activities of a group of flowline employees. Setup, adjust and maintain various production machines. Perform expediting and layout functions, service operators, monitor quality, maintain productions flow and assure that production quotas are met. Supervision is available.
