Job summary

PPGNY seeks an experienced physician to provide direct abortion care including medication abortion, LARC services, and related counseling. They will train staff, participate in on-call coverage, and contribute to quality and compliance programs in a busy urban clinic.

Must hold MD/DO, NY license, and board-certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine, with Nexplanon and BLS credentials. Strong communication and culturally responsive care are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires MD/DO and active NY medical licensure.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with surgical abortion.
• Nexplanon certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care including medical and surgical abortion services and LARC procedures.
• Provide on-call clinical support as needed.
• Train and consult with trainees and other clinicians.
