Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking a Marketing Representative to grow brand awareness and drive local sales. You’ll be on the ground meeting new people, educating clients about SERVPRO’s advantages, and helping communities recover after disasters with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of direct sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about SERVPRO advantages and educate them on brand benefits.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in events and CE classes.
• Document daily marketing calls and track lead activity using marketing software.
• Provide management with revenue updates and territory performance.
• Aim to exceed sales territory goals consistently.

As a Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Salary

• Base, plus commission
