Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Representative to raise brand awareness and tell the SERVPRO story in our sales territory. You will engage with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders, and drive lead generation through events and CE classes.

You should be comfortable meeting new people, possess excellent communication skills, and be motivated by sales goals. Base salary is $45,000 with commission in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
• Increase brand awareness by marketing events, CE classes, and professional associations.
• Document daily marketing calls and lead activity using marketing software.
• Provide management with revenue updates and territory performance reports.
• Aim to exceed sales territory goals and drive revenue growth.

As a Marketing Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Salary

• $45,000 base, plus commission
