Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in loan servicing, operations support, or financial services administration preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills needed.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and vendors and to gather detailed business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with staff and leadership to analyze business needs and implement system solutions.
• Drives development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes through technology and reporting.
• Tests system upgrades, bug fixes, and configuration changes; provides solutions or workarounds.
• Designs and delivers training materials for new servicing platforms.
• Supports systems including Shaw Retail, Shaw GUI Collections, Loan Manager, and Defi Servicing.
