Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Leader to oversee operations, improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction on global projects. You will coordinate material movement, manage inventory, and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.

In this role, you will partner with project managers and supply chain teams, lead contract labor, and ensure ERP systems like SAP or Oracle are leveraged for accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university
• 4+ years of experience in Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, or logistics partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while delivering results

As a Warehouse & Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse and logistics operations to ensure customer requirements are met safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. You will work closely with project managers, global supply chain teams, logistics vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate material movement, warehouse activities, and project logistics. In this role, you will drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and effective warehouse management while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Identifying and implementing cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities while meeting customer and operational requirements.

To be successful in this role you will

• Have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college. with at least 4 years of experience in Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations
• Have experience managing warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations activities.
• Demonstrate experience utilizing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Have experience coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders, suppliers, or logistics partners.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Have strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently while delivering results.
