Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional in Illinois to lead development and technical architecture for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive IT transformation strategy, mentor Dev teams, and influence governance while advancing ServiceNow capabilities across complex programs.

Travel may be required; you will engage with enterprise clients, manage standards, and apply strong scripting, Agile practices, and certifications to deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience driving IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in high-tech consulting.
• Minimum 4 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager.
• Minimum 4 years implementing & enforcing standards (code reviews & architectural reviews).
• Minimum 6 years of advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL.
• Minimum 6 years with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile).
• At least three ServiceNow certifications (System Admin, Application Developer, ITSM preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years.

The Work

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.
• You are comfortability asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
• At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience

• Experience integration ServiceNow with AWS or Azure

• A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
