Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Solution Architect to define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for Intelligence Community environments, aligning with enterprise standards and federal security requirements.

You will lead design across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and other program areas, guide technical teams, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Requires at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform architecture and active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

  • Solution architecture experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Federal or Intelligence Community experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.

  • Develops enterprise aligned architectural deliverables including data models, integration patterns, platform guardrails, and module specific solution designs.
  • Defines the technical strategy for implementing new capabilities across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other program areas.
  • Evaluates and advises on platform capabilities, integration options, data structures, and performance considerations.
  • Governs adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform maintainability across solution delivery.
  • Supports feasibility assessments, backlog shaping, and technical sizing activities.
  • Partners with Technical Architects and Functional Leads to ensure solution designs are technically sound and aligned to business requirements

Defines end to end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations within Intelligence Community environments. Bridges business requirements with technical design while ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and federal security requirements. Operates with significant architectural authority, leading solution design activities across multiple ServiceNow modules and guiding technical teams through complex implementation decisions.

  • Defines the technical strategy for implementing new capabilities across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other program specific areas.

  • Supports feasibility assessments, backlog shaping, and technical sizing activities.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Solution architecture experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Federal or Intelligence Community experience
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
Bonus points if you have
  • ServiceNow CTA, CMA, multiple CIS certifications
Security clearance
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
