Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our Enterprise Technology Systems team. You will develop HRSD and ITSM workflows, build integrations with Workday, Oracle, and other enterprise systems, and help shape future modules.

The role emphasizes scalable, secure, user-centric solutions for a distributed workforce. You will participate in Agile delivery, ensure platform security, and collaborate with corporate and site-based teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience with additional IT role experience.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ACLs, and platform security.
• Proficiency in server-side scripting.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading technical delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows within HRSD and ITSM products.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as Workday and ERP tools.
• Maintain custom integrations using diverse technologies (e.g., REST, JDBC, flat files).
• Ensure platform performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
