Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a mid-to-senior ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise asset management on the ServiceNow platform. Focus areas include HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB, and related integrations. Strong dev experience and asset lifecycle expertise are required; federal security clearance eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years in ITAM implementation and support on ServiceNow.
• Experience with HAM, SAM, EAM, and CMDB.
• Strong skills in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management and CMDB data governance.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions following best practices.
• Implement and enhance HAM, SAM, and EAM capabilities.
• Configure asset lifecycle processes: procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, retirement, disposal.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub.
• Configure CMDB relationships, data models, reconciliation, data quality.
• Build and support Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support data migration and transformation from legacy AMS.
• Create technical docs, design docs, process flows, deployment procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to automated testing with ATF.
• Provide production support and ongoing platform enhancements.

Our client seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and enhance enterprise asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on IT Asset Management across HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB, and related integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow development experience, asset lifecycle expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex environments.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $56.00 to $66.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions following platform best practices.
• Implement and enhance HAM, SAM, and EAM capabilities.
• Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, retirement, and disposal.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and related technologies.
• Configure and maintain CMDB relationships, data models, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.
• Build and support Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support data migration and transformation from legacy asset management platforms.
• Develop technical documentation, design documents, process flows, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and support automated testing using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementation and support experience.
• Experience with one or more: HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Development, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience with CMDB data management, reconciliation, normalization, and governance.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
