Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow GRC & IRM Business Process Consultant (BPC) to help organisations transform Governance, Risk & Compliance processes on the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements into GRC/IRM processes, model current and future states, and advise on best practices while supporting implementations and integrations across stakeholders.

Are you an experienced ServiceNow GRC & IRM professional who enjoys turning complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions?

We’re looking for a ServiceNow GRC & IRM Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join our team and help organisations transform their Governance, Risk & Compliance processes through the ServiceNow platform.

The Role

As a ServiceNow GRC & IRM BPC, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, architects and technical teams to design and deliver effective GRC and IRM solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into ServiceNow GRC & IRM processes
• Designing and documenting current-state and future-state processes
• Advising clients on GRC, Risk, Compliance, Policy & Audit best practices
• Supporting ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations and enhancements
• Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional requirements
• Working closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Supporting integrations, data requirements and reporting
• Driving process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement
• Supporting testing, UAT, training and business adoption
• Relevant ServiceNow CIS certification(s) are mandatory
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Previous experience as a Business Process Consultant / Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of Risk Management, Compliance, Policy & Compliance, Audit and/or Regulatory Change
• Experience gathering, analysing and translating complex business requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, functional and technical teams
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

Candidates must hold relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification(s) aligned to the GRC/IRM solutions they will be working with.
