Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology leadership.
• Experience providing and managing customer support in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex projects.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Adaptable and collaborative in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, support, lifecycle management and strategy for content within designated programs.
• Lead projects and initiatives, train and mentor IS associates, and coach teams.
• Drive continual process improvement for application services across CHRISTUS Health.
• Ensure programs stay within scope and align with organizational goals.
• Monitor operations, allocate resources, and report progress to leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Travel may be required and long hours during critical problems or implementations.
