Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Solution Tech Consultant to lead the strategic design and implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. This senior-level role will focus on architecting enterprise-wide HR solutions, establishing best practices, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the HR technology landscape. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, integrations with HR systems, and enterprise architecture to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with customer executives to identify pain points, key requirements, and value-driven opportunities
2. Analyze business and technical challenges, ensuring compliance with key regulations and security standards
3. Translate business needs into compelling ServiceNow HR solutions
4. Ensure technical integrity by coordinating governance, change control, and adherence to best practices
5. Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate ServiceNow’s capabilities for strategic customers
6. Architect end-to-end HR solutions leveraging the full ServiceNow platform capabilities
7. Design complex integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
8. Develop reference architectures and solution blueprints for HR implementations
9. Establish data models and integration patterns for HR processes
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and support ServiceNow strategies
11. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow developments and industry best practices
12. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflows (flows), IntegrationHub, Workspaces, UI/UX Build, NowAssist, Performance Analytics, and core platform elements such as scripting, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, and catalog items

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology
2. Proven experience in a delivery architect role, ideally within a consulting environment
3. Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD suite (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Document Management)
4. Strong background in Employee Journey Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Performance Analytics
5. Experience in platform security, compliance, and integration patterns
6. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or proven recent system administration experience
7. Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
8. Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

Certifications

1. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, particularly in HRSD, are highly desirable
