About the job: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast‑paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform. You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders. You will work with cross functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.

What you will do at Sogeti:

  • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested
  • Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes
  • Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed
  • Actively collaborate with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
  • Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
  • Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases
  • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration in Agile environment
  • 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Priority consideration given to candidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience
