Job summary

Fantom Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support development, administration, and maintenance of enterprise ServiceNow applications. You will design and implement new workflows, catalog items, and portals while ensuring alignment with security requirements and client needs.

In this role you will work in an Agile environment using JIRA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize integration with SQL Server, MySQL, and web APIs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ServiceNow development, administration, and workflow management experience.
• Experience developing ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, record producers, portals, notifications, and reporting.
• Strong JavaScript development experience.
• Experience developing within an Agile environment and using JIRA.
• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with MySQL and PHP scripting.
• Familiarity with Windows Server installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with web application APIs.
• Familiarity with incorporating information security policies into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance support for existing ServiceNow applications and instances
