Job summary

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation for the ServiceNow platform team. The role requires developing and configuring scoped applications, data models, and integrations within a self-hosted ServiceNow environment, with a focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Onsite work in Chantilly, VA is required, with TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience developing scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow components including data models, flows, UI, and integrations.
• 3+ years of experience scripting in ServiceNow with JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience supporting self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• 3+ years translating business requirements into technical designs and configured solutions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA.

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
