General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Application Developer Principal to advance mission initiatives using ServiceNow within AmeriCorps projects. You will lead HAM/SAM and SBOM implementations, drive inventory management, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are met while leveraging ServiceNow and Azure technologies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience and proven expertise in ServiceNow administration and implementation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and implementation is required.
• Knowledge of HAM/SAM and SBOM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HAM/SAM and SBOM and provide ongoing system management.
• Collaborate with GDIT and AmeriCorps personnel to capture and achieve requirements.

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Monitoring (HAM/SAM) and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and provide ongoing management of the system.
• Collaborate with other GDIT and AmeriCorps personnel to ensure requirements are captured and achieved.
• Drive inventory management and control.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Azure skills and technologies.
