Focus Financial Partners in Clayton, MO is seeking a mid‑level ServiceNow Administrator II responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure workflows and data controls.
You will implement, document, test, and maintain configurations, integrations, and updates, while ensuring governance, security, and audit readiness.
The ServiceNow Administrator II is a mid-level computer systems professional responsible for independently administering, configuring, analyzing, testing, and modifying the ServiceNow platform and related workflows. This role applies systems analysis techniques, consults with business and IT stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, and designs secure, scalable configurations, automation, integrations, and data controls based on approved specifications. The position exercises discretion and independent judgment when evaluating platform issues, recommending configuration approaches, enforcing governance standards, and supporting matters of significance related to ServiceNow stability, security, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
This position is an exempt position.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000–$85,000 base salary compensation range.
Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set.
The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package.
Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
