Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services LLC is seeking talented Service Writers (also called Customer Service Director) for full-time and part-time roles at Jiffy Lube Multicare franchise in Rolla, Missouri. You will consult with guests to identify and propose diagnostic and mechanical services, ensuring safety and efficiency while delivering outstanding guest service.

A current driver’s license is required; automotive service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service experience preferred but not required.
• Current and valid driver's license required.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Service Writer (also called Customer Service Director or CSD) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!

The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with our guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment. A current and valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
