WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Service Writer in the United States. You will ensure parts availability, maintain inventory and preventive maintenance records, and input data into the TMW fleet analysis system daily.

You will build vendor relationships, prepare purchase orders, and assist in invoice payments while generating productivity reports. The role requires high school completion and at least one year of office experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant information

Qualificações

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED and one year of general office experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with office equipment including telephone, fax, copier, calculator, and computer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assures the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintains records concerning inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units.
• Inputs information into the computerized fleet analysis system (TMW) daily.
• Maintains relationships with vendors.
• Prepares purchase orders for management approval.
• Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to Corporate and Regional policy and local operating procedures.
• Reviews purchase orders with accounting to assist in proper payment of invoices.
• Produces various productivity and usage reports for management review.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Prepare and assign work orders to technicians
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
