Job summary

Northside Lexus seeks a Service Valet Porter to support the service drive and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, document any damage, and assist the Lexus Advisor team throughout the service process.

The role requires English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. We offer on-the-job training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Operator's license (must be insurable).
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive.
• Assess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle.
• Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval.
• Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customers.
• Perform quality inspections on loaner cars.
• Perform custodial duties such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages.
