5starford, located in North Richland Hills, Texas, is looking for a dedicated service department staff member to greet customers and manage vehicle movement. Responsibilities include assisting with service write-ups, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, possess a valid Driver's License, and have one to two years of related experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department.
• Parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning to the customer.
• Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department.
• Parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks.
• Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately.
• Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant.
• Assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
