We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician specializing in transmission systems to join our dynamic team at Ford of Montebello. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of transmission systems for vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on transmission systems to identify malfunctions and issues.
• Conduct thorough repairs and maintenance on automatic and manual transmission systems, including but not limited to clutch work, fluid changes, and component replacement.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to discuss repair processes, share knowledge, and improve overall service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their vehicle’s needs, explaining repair procedures, and recommending appropriate services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in transmission repair and service.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
