Job summary

Landmark Aquatic, LLC in Houston, TX, is seeking a Service Technician to join our full‑time, year‑round service team. You will inspect, maintain, and install pool equipment from residential to large commercial facilities, including chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration, UV systems, and specialty equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues; balance water chemistry; communicate with customers and staff; use scheduling software; and complete

Job Description

Landmark Aquatic is actively pursuing a confident and eager individual to join our service team full‑time, year‑round, as a Service Technician.

Position Overview

We are looking for service technicians to support our growing organization. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and installing residential pool equipment all the way up to large commercial pools. Mechanical equipment includes but is not limited to chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration systems, UV sanitation, and specialty equipment.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Operate various power tools and equipment
• Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors
• Utilize specialized scheduling software to review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reports
• Complete custom forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposes

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must conduct business professionally and be professional in appearance
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Ownership of quality of work and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skills with Microsoft Office products, specialized software, and web applications
• Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates
