Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control is seeking a Service Technician to manage your own route, deliver pest control services, and build customer relationships. You will service Scottsburg, Austin, Seymour and surrounding areas, with training pay now offered at $20–$22 per hour plus uncapped incentives.

You'll set your schedule, work independently, and have strong support from a team to back you up as you grow your route and earnings in a long‑standing family‑owned business.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Willing to learn and obtain required licenses.
• Able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
• Familiar with mobile apps for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
