Job summary

LGCY Power seeks motivated solar installation specialists to join a fast-growing residential solar team. You will install and service rooftop systems, interact with customers, and ensure inspections pass with local authorities. Responsibilities

• Install and service residential roof-mounted solar systems.
• Represent LGCY Power professionally with customers and inspectors.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and repair damage.
• Meet with AHJ/utility and ensure inspections pass.
• Assist wiring for solar installations and battery MPUs.
• Adhere to OSHA and LGCY safety procedures; maintain safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work alone or as part of a team installing servicing residential roof mounted solar systems
• Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
• Moderate system electrical troubleshooting
• Repair systems due to damage by weather or manufacturers defects
• Meet with local building inspectors and obtain passed inspection results
• Inspect onsite issues as requested
• Ensure a positive and high quality customer experience through all interactions
• Learn AHJUtilityNEC requirements and guidelines
• Assist in or complete electrical wiring pertaining to the solar installation
• Assist with MPUs and battery installations
• Ability to complete derates and SLPs
• Acquire the skills and knowledge to move into future leadership roles
• Adhere to all OSHA andor LGCY safety procedures
• Clean and prepare vans at the end of each day
• Be a part of providing a safe positive and efficient work environment
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to withstand heights climb ladders and be on roofs
• Ability to bend squat stretch and lift
• Ability to work in all weather and climates
• Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics
• Ability to travel up to 60

Schedule Monday FridayWeekends and OT may be requiredWorkdays and start times are subject to change dependent on weather & additional requirements

• The pay scale for this non exempt position is slated to be 17 42 per hour depending on experience licensing and education Pay scale is defined by the Labor Commissioner as the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position Competitive compensation
