Job summary

Brunswick Point Apartment Homes in Leland, NC is seeking a Service Technician to professionally complete service requests and maintain resident homes. You will work with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades while building relationships with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property maintenance or related trades (hospitality/construction).
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Able to lift 45 lb regularly and up to 80 lb occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lb with equipment.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must attend company-paid multi-day out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and common areas daily for maintenance needs.
• Assist with apartment turns: painting, repairs, and unit prep for new residents.
• Keep tools and maintenance areas organized and in good condition.
• Maintain safety, building codes and company policy compliance.
• Communicate with residents and team members to deliver excellent service.
• Assist in emergencies, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
