Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a field service technician to deliver on-site service for air compressors, inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment. You will be the on-site contact, ensuring safety compliance, documenting activities, and providing recommendations. This role covers a Mobile, AL territory with a rotating on-call schedule.

You will join the Service team and report into the Service Manager, contributing to uptime and performance for customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a technician.
• Valid driver's license.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair.
• Ability to supply all basic required hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressor systems and components; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform maintenance, ensure safety compliance, document activities; act as on-site contact and provide service recommendations.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool as scheduled by the Service Manager.

Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers' equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. You join the Quincy Compressor Service team and report into the Service Manager.

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various air compressors systems and componets. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the ServiceManager.

Your skills and experience

• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have 3 years of experience as a technician.
• You have expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair.
• You can supply all basic required hand tools
