Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a hands-on technician to prepare apartment homes for rent and assist the Service Supervisor. The role requires physical work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance tasks, with some weekend and holiday work.

Candidates should be comfortable with lifting heavy loads, using computers/tablets/phones, and performing tasks under supervision in a fast-paced property environment. Experience in manual labor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime, on-call, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds, up to 250 pounds with assistance.
• Proficient with computers, tablets, phones and related office tech.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, painting and appliances.
• Provide direct support to the Service Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
• This role requires occasional bending, stooping, and stretching. Candidates must be able to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance. You will also need to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform responsibilities.

Education & Experience
