An established organization in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a knowledgeable Service Technician IV to take charge of installation, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of HVAC experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide field support. This position also involves performing preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting in various commercial environments. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are essential for applicants.

Qualifications

• Mastery of HVAC components and terminology.
• Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning.
• Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heat pumps and air quality systems.
• Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices.

Job Description

Service Technician IV is responsible for completing installation, service, and maintenance on various commercial HVAC systems. Must have experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment. This position requires travel as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred.
• OSHA 10 Preferred
• EPA Certified
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hand(s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
• Reach with hand(s) and arm(s).
• Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
