Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity,identifytreatment needs, and recommendappropriate solutionsto address customer concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions,maintainingaccurateservice records, and communicating with the office as needed.

• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.

• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, .

• Must be 21 years of or older.

• Possessa valid driver’s license andhave3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18.00 - $21.00, plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
