Job summary

King Ranch, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn, garden turf and construction equipment at our on-site location in Hockley, TX.

The role includes maintaining current knowledge of John Deere products and completing all required reports and forms. You will participate in Service EDUCATE training programs to develop skills, keep the work area tidy, and support management in pursuing corporate goals and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn & garden turf and construction equipment.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Accounts for all reported time in Service Delivery and for all material used in performing assigned duties.
• Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.
