If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, tinkering, and DIY projects, then we want you on our team! At Puretec Industrial Water, we don’t just treat water, we innovate, problem-solve, and create solutions that industries depend on every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Hands-on problem solver: Install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge water treatment equipment, including water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO) units, pumps, and ultra-pure water systems.
  • Fix things fast: Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and replace or repair parts as needed.
  • Tech meets tools: Work with hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and advanced testing equipment.
  • Keep things moving: Load, unload, and set up equipment at customer locations.
  • Think on your feet: Work independently, adapting to new challenges daily while keeping safety a top priority.
  • Stay curious: Continue learning about new water purification technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Make an impact: Work directly with customers, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Work with purpose: You’ll be making a real difference in industries that rely on ultra-pure water every day.
  • Freedom & variety: No two days are the same, you’ll be out in the field, tackling different challenges.
  • Hands-on learning: We support your growth with training in water treatment technology, equipment repair, and industry innovations.
  • Great team, great culture: Join a family-owned company where people genuinely care about each other.
  • Competitive pay & benefits: We take care of our team with strong compensation, benefits, and opportunities to advance.
