Job summary

Watts Steam Store in Twin Falls, ID, is seeking a full-time Service Technician to support repairs, maintenance, refurbishment of equipment, and exceptional customer service.

You will diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues, perform welding and fabrication, and ensure safety standards. Overtime, travel, and occasional on-call shifts may be required. Experience with hydraulics or mechanical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Hydraulics, compressed air, pressure washer, waste oil furnaces and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Ability to read hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Independent and motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
• High integrity and ethical values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and physical movement to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Watts Steam Store safety commitments in all actions and communications.
• Create and maintain accurate service and repair documents for all work.
• Diagnose issues with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and related systems.
• Service and repair on-road and industrial equipment and systems.
• Refurbish, rebuild, and replace components to restore equipment.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.
• Attend training programs on products and services.
• Maintain a clean work area for safety and efficiency.
• Work overtime, travel, and occasional on-call shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
