Qualifications

• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and building codes.
