Job summary

Imperative Chemical Partners is seeking a Field Service Tech II, Frac in Williston, ND to perform chemical treatments of oil wells and act as the main field contact for customers. You will operate frac equipment, manage chemical injections, and document results to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires calibrating pumps, monitoring pressures, and coordinating with supervisors and site personnel. Training will be provided; a valid driver's license and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• No prior oilfield experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical inventory and transfers to and from site.
• Set up and rig down frac equipment.
• Calibrate pumps and flowmeters for accurate chemical injection and reporting.
• Monitor pumps, lines, totes, rates and pressures.
• Interact with customer and field personnel to resolve issues.
• Submit paperwork upon completion of frac operations.
• Maintain company property and equipment.

SUMMARY:

The Field Service Tech II, Frac performs chemical treatment of oil wells and is the primary field representative to assist and answer customer questions or concerns.

JOB DUTIES:

Manage chemical inventory and transfer to and from locationSet up and rig down frac equipmentCalibrate pumps and flowmeters to ensure accurate chemical injection and reportingManage pumps, chemical lines, totes, rates and pressuresCommunicate issues and questions to immediate supervisor in a timely and thorough mannerInteract with customer and other field personnel to answer questions and resolve issuesMonitor, maintain and troubleshoot field equipment in support of chemical treatment programsCollect and record data and on occasion present to company man or well site supervisorSubmit paperwork upon completion of fracUnderstand and perform inventory transfers (in/out)Knowledge of valve and well pressures while on oilfield locationsDemonstrates knowledge and understanding of chemical process and utilization in yard and field operationsDemonstrates advanced competency in chemical injection and site leadership; mentors Service Tech I personnel.Maintain company property in good order (equipment, tools, computer, phones, trucks, etc.)Other duties as may be assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
