Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience, with a strong background in service work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Connecticut Electrician License (willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed).
• Must provide personal hand tools; company vehicle and specialized tools provided.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and a security background check.

The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, panels, and controls

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Electrician License (Willingness to obtain additional New England state licenses based on geographic work requirements)
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience, with a strong background in service work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and regulations
• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems
• Experience with pipe bending and threading
• Mechanical and refrigeration wiring/troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must provide personal hand tools (company vehicle and specialized tools provided)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
• Ability to pass a drug screening (excluding THC)
• Ability to pass a security background check
