Kinetic Search Strategies, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician for Commercial/Industrial Projects in the Atlanta area. You will join a specialty BAS solutions group, providing technical solutions for building automation on cutting edge control systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HVAC control systems (installation/service, checkout, troubleshooting).
• Experience with Alerton, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Schneider Electric or Niagara is valued.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, boilers, chillers).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• BACnet, MODbus and/or LonWorks experience.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with HVAC control systems, including installation and/or service, point-to-point check-out, and troubleshooting of controls systems


• Diversity of controls system knowledge - systems such as Alerton, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, Schneider Electric, and Niagara all highly valued


• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU's, VAV's, boilers, chillers etc.


• Mechanical aptitude and controls systems knowledge, including ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics


• BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience


• Polished professional,someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.


• Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.


• Computer skills including MS Office, Windows, File Structure, AutoCAD, VISIO, and basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigation


• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
