Key Responsibilities

As a Service Technician in Horticulture, your role will be integral in maintaining the health and appearance of our clients’ plants:

• Plant Care Expertise: Provide expert horticultural care to client accounts, ensuring plants are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the immediate point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and queries with professionalism.
• Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify plant health issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Plant Installation: Skillfully install replacement plants as required, ensuring seamless integration into the existing setup.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep all assigned tools and equipment clean and in excellent working order.
