Job Title: Service Technician-CDL

Reports to: Assistant Manager, Field Services LTI
The Service Technician-CDL position is responsible for providing customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers within a specific region. Maintaining unit uptime to customer expectations is critical to customer satisfaction, railroad fuel economy, and railroad’s wheel/rail life.
Experience: High School Diploma/ Equivalent
Licenses/Certifications: Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
Ability to obtain a CDL.
Education: Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience: 1+ years of Field service experience with customer facing role
2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills
