Victory Automotive Group in California is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles following established standards. The role may include pre-delivery service on new vehicles and requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and reliable teamwork.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, customer service, and safety awareness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards; ensure shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Service Technician

Victory Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group. The Automotive Service Technician services and repairs vehicles following all established standards and procedures. In addition, the candidate may conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post‑secondary automotive training, dealer‑level or large‑facility experience, and/or any additional certifications such as ASE. An unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record are required. The technician must work productively in a fast‑paced team environment and demonstrate a positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.
