Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice who thrives on hands-on problem solving and earning potential tied to performance. You’ll start with thorough training, learn our repair model, and progress with an opportunity to earn a six-figure income through base pay plus commissions.

The role is on-site with a supportive team, a company vehicle, PTO and a 401(k) plan. You’ll gain practical skills while serving customers and advancing within a trusted franchise.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues with garage doors and related equipment on-site.
• Advise customers on repair options and prevention steps.
• Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using our model.
• Manage inventory and equipment in your provided vehicle.
